Jen began her yoga journey while in undergrad at College of Charleston looking for a way to quite her mind from the pressures of school. Unknowingly, she was introduced to a practice that would shape the course of her life. She obtained her 200hr certification from Holy Cow Yoga in Charleston, SC in 2010 and her Masters in Exercise Science from The Citadel in 2014. She uses that knowledge to bring an awareness to alignment in her yoga practice. Her classes are a balanced mix of breath work, movement and meditation aimed at promoting stillness among the flux of everyday life.
